Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority, is reflected in our 30-day return policy. You can return nearly everything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that no refund requests can be processed after 30 days from delivery, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records.

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours after receiving), expect confirmation via email within 2 business days. Please note that items coming from international locations must first pass-through customs at the Canadian border.  Then it could take upwards of 3-5 business days to get to our Returns Facility in British Columbia, CA to be processed. We appreciate your patience. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and can take 7 to 45 days, depending on your payment method.

Customers are entitled to a refund in the following cases only:

  1. Wrong product and/or size received
  2. Product must be in new/unworn condition
  3. Original tags, packing slip, and all complimentary items are intact and shipped with the product

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the item(s) at contact@peroye.com; otherwise, refund requests will not be processed for damages after that period.

Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund under any circumstances.

Return shipping costs to the Returns Facility, including any costs incurred by Peroye for customs clearance of the returned product are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag, packing slip(s), complimentary items included; your return will not be processed, and you will not be refunded.  We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.

For returns received at our facility that are non-refundable, our customer service will notify you via email and offer 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost.
  2. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.

 

Exchanges:
The easiest and only way we offer for exchanges is to return the item you have within 30 days of delivery, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
